Our Trainers are qualified in their respective fields to conduct our programmes. When new trainers are on-board with us, it is compulsory for them to attend a Train-The-Trainer workshop with us. This is to ensure that our trainers are consistent with the delivery of our programmes and meet our expectations! As part of our effort to maintain consistency in delivery of programmes, our trainers are subjected to a peer-to-peer evaluation from time to time.
